Greg and his company did a GREAT job in renovating my property after a fire casualty destroyed a sun room and deck. GMB removed the old deck and sun room and built a fabulous new family room and new deck in their places. Greg was instrumental in guiding me through the various construction processes and suggesting other improvements that increased the value of my home. He handled the engineering consultant, permit process and the final inspection. In the final analysis, the increase in the value of our home exceeded my cost!
